长沙造新能源车项目助力加纳新能源转型

Less than two months after the conclusion of the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE), the Ghana Automobile Industry Base and New Energy Travel Network Construction Project signed during the event is in full swing. Hunan's new energy vehicles and special-purpose vehicles are increasingly making their way into Africa.

距第四届中非经贸博览会结束不到两个月，会上签约的加纳汽车产业基地及新能源出行网络建设项目已在如火如荼推进当中，湖南新能源汽车及专用车正向非洲越驶越近。

To further advance the implementation of the project facilitating Changsha-made new energy vehicles' entry into Ghana, Mr. Annan, chairman of the Ghana-China Economy and Investment Co., Ltd., visited the Changsha Seetoone International Trade Co., Ltd. (Seetoone) in Changsha County recently. During the visit, Mr. Annan observed the company's production processes and quality management systems that align with international standards, and exchanged views on the implementation of an online ride-hailing electric vehicle project in Ghana.

为继续推进长沙造新能源汽车出海加纳项目落地，近日，加纳－中国经济与投资有限公司董事长安南一行来到位于长沙县的星通国际，参观了解了该企业与国际接轨的生产工艺流程和质量管理体系，就网约电动车项目落地加纳进行了交流。

According to the agreement signed at the 4th CAETE, Seetoone, a leading exporter of new energy and special vehicles in Hunan, will engage in strategic cooperation with the Ghana-China Economy and Investment Co., Ltd. over the next five years. The two sides will invest 100 million USD in the capital of Ghana to build infrastructure covering automobile trade, assembly production, ride-hailing operations, and charging stations, creating an automotive ecosystem project and industrial chain. Seetoone will be responsible for global automobile procurement, technical equipment support, and the sharing of operational management expertise; while the Ghana-China Economy and Investment Co., Ltd. will leverage local resources to handle market promotion and localized operations. Through a joint venture, the two sides will collaborate to drive the upgrading of Ghana's automotive industry and the development of its new energy travel network.

据悉，按照第四届中非经贸博览会上签署的协议，湖南新能源及专用车出口龙头企业长沙星通国际将与加纳－中国经济与投资有限公司在未来五年内开展战略合作。双方将在加纳首都投资1亿美金，建设涵盖汽车贸易、组装生产、网约车运营及充电桩等基础设施，打造汽车生态项目产业链。长沙星通国际将负责全球汽车采购、技术设备支持及运营管理经验输出；加纳－中国经投则依托当地资源，承担市场推广及本土化运营。双方将以合资公司的形式，携手推动加纳汽车产业升级与新能源出行网络建设。

Mr. Annan expressed his full expectation for the cooperation prospects of this project, stating, "It will greatly optimize the travel mode of the Ghanaian people. It will also create a large number of job positions such as drivers, charging pile operators, and platform operation and maintenance personnel, promote the initial layout of Ghana's new energy industry chain, and lay a solid foundation for the future transformation of transportation energy. China's new energy industry layout and new energy vehicles made in China have provided us with valuable practical experience."

安南表示，对于该项目合作前景充满期待，“该项目将极大优化加纳人民的出行方式，还能提供司机、充电桩及平台运维人员等大量就业岗位，推动加纳新能源产业链的初步布局，为未来交通能源转型夯实基础。中国的新能源产业布局和中国造新能源汽车，为我们提供了宝贵的实践经验。”
