扎根星城逐梦AI：美国博士与长沙企业共成长

Headquartered in Changsha, Hunan Kunlunyuan AI Application Software Co., Ltd. was founded less than two years ago. Though employing just over 40 staff members, the company secured orders exceeding 200 million yuan last year, with nearly 70 million yuan in orders generated so far this year. Driven by his passion for technological innovation, Nathan Jacob Johns (Chinese name: Lin Ruisen), a 26-year-old PhD graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, joined the firm as an algorithm engineer in September 2025. He highly recognizes Changsha’s working and living environment and aspires to grow alongside the company.

在长沙，成立不到两年的湖南昆仑元人工智能应用软件有限公司，虽然只有40多名员工，去年订单却突破2亿元，今年已拿下近7000万元订单。26岁的美国加州大学伯克利分校硕博毕业生林睿森（Nathan Jacob Johns）怀着技术理想，于2025年9月加入该公司担任算法工程师，他十分认可长沙的工作与生活环境，希望与公司共同成长。

After joining the team, Lin Ruisen took part in the R&D of the TransformerX heterogeneous algorithm framework. The technology underpins the company’s integrated AI training and inference devices deployed across transportation, finance, healthcare, culture, tourism and other sectors, greatly boosting the inference speed of large language models and road traffic efficiency. Having registered robust growth in under two years, Kunlunyuan has notched successive breakthroughs in order volume and financing. Lin Ruisen has also attended international exhibitions with the team to showcase its technological strengths.

林睿森入职后参与研发TransformerX异构算法框架，助力公司AI训推一体机在交通、金融、医疗、文旅等多领域落地应用，大幅提升大模型推理效率与道路通行效率；昆仑元成立不到两年发展迅猛，订单与融资接连突破，林睿森也随团队亮相国际展会展示技术成果。
