在湖南光电集成创新研究院,湖南大学27岁博士唐梓岚带领团队在调试“千维光芯”多维光探测器,其仅指甲盖大小,却能检测光的强度、波长等五种维度信息,识别比达10000,覆盖500至1550纳米宽波段且可自供电,性能全面超越传统产品,在光通信、智慧医疗、自动驾驶等领域展现广泛应用前景。

At Hunan Institute of Optoelectronic Integration, 27-year-old Dr. Tang Zilan from Hunan University leads a team in debugging the "Thousand-Dimensional Optical Core" multi-dimensional photodetector. Measuring just the size of a fingernail, this device is capable of detecting five dimensions of optical information, including intensity and wavelength, with a recognition ratio of 10,000:1. It covers a broad spectral range from 500 to 1550 nanometers and features self-power supply capabilities, demonstrating comprehensive performance superior to traditional products. Its broad application prospects span fields such as optical communications, smart healthcare, and autonomous driving.

2020年秋,唐梓岚和多名“95后”博士、硕士组成的团队在长沙岳麓山下起跑。从行业背景调研到光学仿真分析,再到微纳工艺研究,实验室的日历翻过1000多页,产品才最终成型。

In autumn 2020, Dr. Tang and her team—comprising post-95 PhD candidates and master’s students—embarked on their research journey at the foot of Yuelu Mountain in Changsha. Over more than 1,000 days, they traversed stages from industry background research to optical simulation analysis and micro-nano process development, before the product finally reached its finalized form.

目前,该探测器在智慧医疗中与中核医疗合作,使药品识别错误率趋近于0;集成到自动驾驶激光雷达可精准识别厘米级物体,提升行车安全。团队已获5项国家级竞赛奖、发表8篇SCI论文并申请9项发明专利,依托湖南大学构建完整产业链,计划在长沙成立公司,3至5年内实现成果推广,以推动高端光探测器自主可控及光电器件产业升级。

Currently, through a collaboration with CNNC Medical, this photodetector has been implemented in smart healthcare applications, reducing drug identification errors to near zero. When integrated into autonomous driving LiDAR systems, it enables precise identification of centimeter-scale objects, significantly enhancing traffic safety. The team has achieved notable milestones: 5 national competition awards, 8 SCI publications, and 9 patent applications. Leveraging Hunan University’s resources, they are now establishing a complete industrial chain and plan to incorporate a company in Changsha, with a target of commercializing their technology within 3–5 years. This initiative aims to advance self-reliance in high-end photodetectors and drive upgrades in the optoelectronic industry.
