湖南一季度东盟班列跑出“加速度” 激活双向贸易链

4月23日，一趟湖南怀化至万象的中老图定班列装载着箱包、新能源汽车、五金工具等出口货物，于当天顺利发运。2025年一季度，湖南省累计开行中老、中越和铁海联运国际班列266列，同比增长46.2%。

On April 23, a China-Laos fixed-schedule freight train departed from Huaihua, Hunan to Vientiane, loaded with export goods such as luggage, new-energy vehicles(NEVs) and hardware tools. In the first quarter of 2025, Hunan Province cumulatively operated 266 China-Laos, China-Vietnam, and rail-sea intermodal international freight trains, a year-on-year increase of 46.2%.

东盟国际班列常态化运营推动湖南怀化形成产业新业态，如湖南盟盟国际贸易有限公司通过中老班列进口木薯淀粉发展下游加工产业，怀化一季度进口木薯淀粉金额同比增长81.6%。依托冷链专列，东南亚热带水果48小时可达怀化，一季度进口东南亚水果金额达2302.5万元，生鲜损耗率降至5%以下。此外，汽车出口成为新亮点，一季度湖南经东盟国际班列出口整车20辆，其中新能源汽车10辆。

The regular operation of international freight trains to ASEAN has promoted the new industrial formats in Huaihua, Hunan. For example, Hunan Mengmeng International Trade Co., Ltd. imports cassava starch through the China-Laos freight trains to develop downstream processing industries. In the first quarter, the amount of cassava starch imported by Huaihua increased by 81.6% year-on-year. Relying on the cold-chain freight trains, tropical fruits from Southeast Asia can reach Huaihua within 48 hours. In the first quarter, the amount of tropical fruits imported from Southeast Asia reached 23.025 million yuan, and the fresh-produce loss rate dropped to less than 5%. In addition, vehicle exports have become a new highlight. In the first quarter, Hunan exported 20 complete vehicles via Huaihua-ASEAN international freight trains, including 10 new-energy vehicles.
