湖南菌菇技术为非洲妈妈撑起“家门口的致富伞”

Recently, a technical service team from the Hunan Institute of Edible Fungi traveled to Kenya to provide targeted technical support for the local mushroom industry. The "Mom’s Mushroom House" project has officially kicked off, offering disadvantaged Kenyan mothers local income opportunities so they can build a better life without leaving their hometowns.

近日，湖南省食用菌研究所技术服务团队远赴肯尼亚开展菌业精准技术服务，“母亲的蘑菇房”项目正式投运，为肯尼亚贫困妈妈群体撑起“家门口的致富伞”。

The team delivered systematic hands-on training to local female mushroom farmers, passing on practical techniques including compost preparation, fruiting regulation, disease diagnosis and standardized harvesting. This helps the trainees turn theoretical expertise into real operational proficiency.

团队面向当地女性种植户开展系统化实操培训，手把手传授培养料管理、出菇管控、病害识别、规范采收等实用技能，帮助农户将技术要领转化为上手能用的生产本领。
