非洲客商来长沙“扫货”更方便了！

On June 6, the "African Merchants Explore Gaoqiao" Procurement Month Event was launched in the Yuhua Block of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area. A plaque-presenting ceremony for stores that provide instant departure tax refund service in the Hunan Gaoqiao Grand Market was held simultaneously. This marked the first time that instant tax refund stores have expanded to a comprehensive wholesale market, following the launch of Hunan's first batch of such stores in a Changsha shopping mall in April. This is a crucial step by Hunan Province in optimizing the international consumption environment and enhancing trade facilitation, and is also a warm-up event for the upcoming 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo.

6月6日，“非洲客商逛高桥”采购月活动暨湖南高桥大市场境外旅客购物离境退税商店授牌仪式活动，在湖南自贸区长沙片区雨花区块正式启动。这是继4月全省首批境外旅客购物离境退税“即买即退”商店在市内部分商场运行后，首次扩围至综合性批发市场范围，标志着湖南省在优化国际消费环境、提升贸易便利化水平方面迈出关键一步，为即将到来的第四届中非经贸博览会预热增温。

At the event, the first group of 17 stores in the Gaoqiao Grand Market were awarded the qualification to provide tax refund services for overseas travelers by the Changsha Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration (STA). This innovative policy replaces the traditional refund-upon-departure model with a refund-upon-purchase model. Hence, overseas travelers can receive their tax refunds immediately on-site after shopping at the Gaoqiao Grand Market.

活动现场，高桥大市场首批17家商店正式获得长沙市税务局授予的境外旅客购物离境退税商店服务资格。此项创新政策，彻底颠覆了传统离境退税模式，境外旅客在高桥大市场购物后，无需经历漫长等待，可于离境前集中退付，现场即时获得退税款。

The event was guided by the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Hunan Provincial Tax Service, STA and hosted by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Management Committee of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area, the Changsha Municipal Tax Service, STA, and the People's Government of Yuhua District. The event was undertaken by the Management Committee of the Yuhua Block of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area, the Yuhua District Tax Service, STA and the Gaoqiao Grand Market.

本次活动由省商务厅、省税务局指导，自贸长沙片区管委会、长沙市商务局、长沙市税务局、雨花区人民政府主办，自贸长沙片区雨花管委会、雨花区税务局、高桥大市场共同承办。
