A homegrown "industrial eye" from Changsha has claimed gold at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, often called the "Olympics of Invention," beating over 1,000 entries from 35 countries and regions. 

一款来自长沙的国产“工业慧眼”在第51届日内瓦国际发明展上斩获金奖。该展会由世界知识产权组织与瑞士政府合办，被誉为“发明界的奥林匹克”，本届共吸引全球35个国家和地区的1000余项发明参展。

Developed by Speedbot Robot, a Hunan Jiangxin District startup, the MVM Large-Scale High-Precision Online Measurement System uses nearly 100 synchronized industrial cameras to inspect over 1,000 measurement points on oversized workpieces in under 75 seconds — slashing the 7 to 30 minutes required by conventional methods. The second-generation system achieves an accuracy of 0.15 mm and a defect detection rate above 99.95%, with its price at roughly half that of foreign competitors.
